Introductory Workshops & Holidays

One way to begin the Alexander Technique is to attend a half-day or one-day introductory class. These introduce some of the key ideas of the Alexander Technique and apply them to everyday activities. There is a maximum group size of 12 to enable everybody to have some individual attention. The classes are enormous fun and you are likely to leave fired with the possibility of changes to make your life more enjoyable.

Unlike individual lessons, group classes give you the opportunity to see the Technique applied to other people which is a great help in developing your own understanding. These classes are open to anybody over the age of 16.

Introductory workshops in New Zealand

I organise and teach workshops in the Doubtless Bay and Kerikeri areas and am happy to teach workshops in other parts of New Zealand if somebody local to the venue will do the organising!
